Merrill Lynch Poaches From Citi for Private Banker in Boston

Merrill Lynch has appointed Michael Kirwan to its private banking office in Boston, according to Dow Jones. He joins from Citigroup’s Smith Barney unit.

The report said Mr Kirwan and his team at Smith Barney managed assets of around $875 million and had fees and commissions of more than $1.8 million in the past year.
