Marcum, the accounting and advisory services company, has appointed James Ashe as partner-in-charge of its advisory services group.

Ashe takes over from Sam Rosenfarb, who will continue to lead the advisory division in the New York City office. Ashe will be responsible for the growth and development of the advisory unit, which provides forensic, bankruptcy, investigative and valuation services.

Marcum employs around 1,100 professionals, including over 150 partners in 23 offices across the US.
