Kestra's Platform Adds More Wealth Firms

Kestra continues to add wealth management operations to its platform.
Synthesis Wealth Planning, a recently-formed business, has moved on to the platform of Kestra Financial, the Austin, TX-headquartered firm that has added a raft of business in recent months. The agreement means Synthesis moves from its old affiliation with Summit Financial Resources. Separately, Liberty Wealth Solutions also recently joined Kestra's platform.
Alex Panas, CFP® and Daniel Singer, CFP®, ADPA® collaborated with father-son duo Karl Rosenberger and Eric Rosenberger, CFP®, CFS® to form a partnership between Synthesis Wealth Planning and Family Wealth Planning. Collectively, the four advisors oversee approximately $200 million in assets under management, serving the Greater New York City area from their offices in Morristown, NJ.
“As Daniel, Karl, Eric, and I reached a pivotal point in our careers, we sought a partner with the scale and resources to help us compete in the ever-evolving wealth management landscape,” said Panas.
“Kestra Financial’s robust platform enables us to fully service our clients with comprehensive, sophisticated financial planning, investment portfolio management, and insurance consulting technology and services,” he said.
The Synthesis team offer services with specialisms in estate and tax planning, investment strategy, insurance, and retirement planning.
Late last week, Liberty Wealth Solutions also moved to the Kestra platform; Liberty is based in New Jersey and led by managing director Steve Battel, as well as senior vice presidents Rob Yevchak, Bruce Battel and Nancy Hurst, CFP, AAMS.
Other recent firms signing up to Kestra’s platform include Questmont Strategic Wealth Advisors; Griffin Financial Group; Potomac Financial Consultants and Main Street Group. In January this year, Kestra appointed Kris Chester as chief operating officer.
Some 19 firms have joined the platform in 2018 - four of which through Kestra Private Wealth Services (Kestra's RIA subsidiary) and 15 of which directly to Kestra Financial.
