Janney Montgomery Boosts Assets By $150 Million With Senior Hire

Philadelphia-based Janney Montgomery Scott has taken on Thomas Graham as senior vice president of wealth management within the Washington, DC branch.

Graham brings with him $150 million in client assets. He is the fifteenth advisor to join this year, the firm said.

In other recent developments, in April Janney opened an office in Sarasota, FL, appointing Barry Havener as senior vice president of investments. Along with Havener, Douglas Torretta was hired as a vice president in the private client group, to serve as branch manager in Sarasota.

Janney Montgomery Scott, established in 1832, is an independently-operated subsidiary of The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and is a New York Stock Exchange member firm.
