The partnership has been formed to bring investment capabilities to family offices, RIAs, private banks and other wealth sector players.

Altegris, an investment research firm on sectors including private equity and hedge funds, has joined hands with the investment platform Artivest to bring its capabilities to clients such as RIAs, private banks and family offices.

The partnership launches Artivest’s capabilities to offer alternative solutions to Accredited Investors, the firms said in a statement this week.

The agreement involves moving $1.0 billion of Altegris’ assets onto the Artivest digital platform.

“In this increasingly fragmented independent market, there is a need for an open marketplace to access premier alternative investment solutions,” Martin Beaulieu, chief executive of Altegris, said. “We are joining forces with Artivest to bring greater scale to qualified investors and their advisors who are looking to access investment solutions from many of the leading alternative investment managers in the industry,” he said.
