NYC-headquartered Prager Metis CPAs is intensifying its focus on the high net worth music and entertainment sector by joining forces with a Los Angeles-based firm.

Prager Metis CPAs, an accounting and advisory firm with offices in the US and London, is merging with Los Angeles, CA-based Bruce Kolbrenner & Co, which provides business management and other services to high net worth clients.

The merger will expand Prager Metis' presence in Los Angeles by offering two offices in the region. 

“We're excited that this merger enables us to serve our music amd entertainment clients better in the Los Angeles market, as well as nationally and internationally, and for the Kolbrenner clients, joining forces establishes a deeper breadth of support and services,” said Joseph Rust, managing partner of Prager Metis' Los Angeles office. 

Prager Metis is headquartered in New York City, with additional offices in New York, New Jersey, California and London.
