Salin Bank & Trust Company has hired from First Financial Bank and First Midwest Bank.

Indiana-based Salin Bank & Trust Company has appointed John Coughlin and William Varanka as vice presidents and wealth management business development officers.

Coughlin was previously a vice president and business development officer at First Financial Bank, having previously held the same roles at Regions Bank from 2007 to 2013.  

Varanka was most recently a vice president and wealth management officer at First Midwest Bank. Before that, he was a vice president and trust officer at Horizon Trust & Investment Management.
