Indian Investors Look to London Property

Rapid local economic growth and the growing number of high net worth individuals is powering residential investment by Indians in the UK towards £15 billion (around $30 billion) over the next ten years, according to a report UK-India Cross-border Residential Investment from international real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle.

James Thomas, director, Jones Lang LaSalle, is reported as saying: "

London has an under-supply of housing stock, which means prices won't fall."
