IBM Signs Another Strategic Deal In Wealth Management Space

Tanfeeth, a Dubai-based subsidiary of Emirates NBD has signed a “long term strategic agreement” with US-listed business consulting giant IBM. The deal comes hard on the heels of an agreement between IBM and Swiss tech firm Temenos last week.
Under the terms of the agreement with Tanfeeth, IBM will give the firm access to its global process capabilities in services, tools and training, and manage part of Tanfeeth’s delivery portfolio, the firms said in a statement today.
IBM will provide managed services for Tanfeeth’s human resources, finance and administration. Tanfeeth will also use a range of IBM software applications including Business Process Management Suite, Command Centre and Time Volume Capture to improve business process management and workflow management. Additional IBM support will be provided in quality control and workforce management.
Last week, Temenos announced an agreement under which IBM will provide consulting and integration services together with software and hardware resources for Temenos implementations.
