Hawksford Appoints Ex-Kleinwort Benson In-House Counsel As New Head Of Legal

Corporate, private client and funds company Hawksford has appointed Cordelia Miller, a former in-house counsel at Kleinwort Benson, as the new head of its legal division. Miller replaces Charlotte Brambilla, but with a wider remit as she looks after Hawksford's company secretarial division as well as legal.
Miller will lead and manage Hawksford’s legal and company secretarial teams, with responsibility for managing legal risk and helping the company to achieve its strategic business objectives. Miller, who qualified as a banking and finance lawyer 16 years ago, has 18 years’ experience working within the financial services industry.
Previously, Miller worked at Kleinwort Benson for four years. She also spent 10 years working in the City of London for Thomas Cooper, a shipping firm, and the corporate, financial and commercial law firm Travers Smith.
Hawksford has operating capabilities in Jersey, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
