Harris Private Bank Taps YouTube To Spread Word On Elder Care Planning

Harris Private Bank has launched the Harris enCircle channel on YouTube, to reach out to Baby Boomers on the topic of elder care planning.

Current segments include a channel overview by Dr Alexis Abramson, author, gerontologist and Harris enCircle advisory board member, a panel discussion on integrated health care, financial and legal planning, and tips on relieving caregiver guilt. New content will be uploaded on a regular schedule.

"I have repeatedly seen family members making decisions in extremely stressful situations after an initial health crisis erupts, with little understanding of the resources available to help them with the health, financial and legal planning they will have to address," Debbie Korompilas, head of trust and estate settlement services, said in a statement. "Our goal in launching this channel is to help Baby Boomers understand it's never too late to plan, but it's also never too early."

The bank’s enCircle service provides individuals and families with advice and integrated services for health, legal and financial issues associated with elder care planning.
