HR Chief Leaves ANZ After Nine-Year Stint

The head of ANZ's human resources group is leaving in November and a replacement is due to be announced in coming months.

Australia and New Zealand Banking group will see the departure of Susie Babani next month as chief human resources officer, a post she has held for nine years.

The bank is completing an internal an external search to replace Babani.

Her replacement is expected to be announced in the coming months, ANZ said in a statement yesterday.

Among recent developments, ANZ has embarked on a review of its Asian wealth management operations as the firm looks to focus on its core home market business.
