Ozannes has become the first Guernsey law firm to set up shop in Jersey.

The new office, headed by recently appointed partner and Jersey Advocate Marcus Stone, will initially concentrate on advising on investment funds, securitisation structures, corporate banking, structured finance transactions and trusts.

Peter Harwood, who has recently been appointed Chairman of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, heads the Ozannes corporate team which includes team members Advocates Gavin Farrell and David Moore.
