Colorado-headquartered Guaranty Bank and Trust Company has acquired Cherry Hills Investment Advisors into its wealth management division.

Colorado-headquartered Guaranty Bank and Trust Company has acquired Cherry Hills Investment Advisors into its wealth management division.

Cherry Hills Investment Advisors will retain all its staff in the move with Susie Johnston, Valerie Antonioli and Kate Scott staying in their posts as principals. The firm’s investment and financial planning processes will remain unchanged.

"By partnering with Guaranty Bank, we are able to focus our efforts exclusively on helping our clients successfully navigate their financial future”, Johnston said in a statement.

Guaranty Bank and Trust will combine its banking services and branch network with Cherry Hills’s investment management expertise and service to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Cherry Hills Investment Advisors was established in 1999 and serves the Greenwood Village area of Colorado.

Guaranty Bank and Trust Company is a subsidiary of Guaranty Bancorp and holds $2 billion in assets and has 26 branches along the Front Range of Colorado.
