Greenway Signs Philanthropy, Family Education Specialist

St Louis, Missouri-based Greenway Family Office has signed Tracey
Marshall, a former educator and active civic volunteer, as partner and philanthropy
and family education specialist.

"Tracey's education experience will complement our
efforts to help our client families prepare succeeding generations for the
wealth that will likely follow. This service is especially important given the
fact that the estate tax exemption for couples has increased to $10 million for
the next two years," Joan Malloy, founder and managing partner, said.

Malloy co-founded and was president of the St. Louis Trust
Company before starting Greenway Family Office in May of last year.

Marshall will work with the firm's partners to develop and
implement individualized philanthropic strategies for each of the company's
client families. In addition, she will research, assess and evaluate charities
and establish a best practices process. Long-term, she will create a program
designed for next generation family members regarding wealth education and
family governance.

Greenway is a registered investment advisor and caters to
individuals and family groups whose net worth exceeds $25 million.
