Hyder Ahmad, Goldman Sachs co-head of securities for Asia, has resigned to launch a hedge fund.
Mr Ahmad had been with Goldmans for 11 years and will leave the bank at the end of July. The Hong Kong-based hedge fund will seek to raise around $1 billion from Asia-based investors.
