GenSpring Shuffles Charlotte Leadership Ranks

GenSpring Family Offices has made two key changes to its senior line-up in Charlotte, NC.

Effective immediately, Eric Ridenour will take over the role of president of the Charlotte family office. He has been involved with the office since 2004 and is “the natural choice” for the role, said outgoing president Chris Cecil.

Meanwhile, Cecil has been appointed as a partner at GenSpring, and will oversee the sourcing of potential clients through national and local referral networks. He will remain based in Charlotte for this role.

“I look forward to introducing GenSpring to families throughout the southeast and to continue to help Eric grow our business in the Carolinas," said Cecil.

Florida-headquartered GenSpring has around $20 billion in assets under advisement, with 14 offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Costa Mesa, Denver, Greenwich, New York City, Miami, Nashville, Orlando, Palm Beach, Phoenix, Tampa Bay, Sarasota, and Washington, DC.
