Most recently, Hourihan spent nine years at OppenheimerFunds, where he served as senior vice president, deputy general counsel and senior managing counsel. His prior experience includes serving as VP and senior counsel at MFS Investment Management, and as assistant general counsel at Fidelity Investments.
The Gemini Companies are comprised of subsidiaries of NorthStar Financial Services Group, LLC, which has more than 800 employees and over $612 billion in assets under management and administration as of June 30, 2017. In April, as reported here, Gemini appointed a new chief executive, Kevin Hesselbirg, taking over form Andrew Rogers, who resigned after more than 16 years at the firm.
