Gavin Spitzner, Wealth Industry Figure, Dies Aged 57

A prominent figure in the wealth advisor tech space has passed away. This news service extends its condolences to his family, colleagues and friends.
Gavin Spitzner, a prominent advisor, technology expert and president of Wealth Consulting Partners, has died. He was 57.
For several months, Spitzner gave regular updates on Twitter on his health and treatment for a form of leukemia.
On his Linkedin page, the following message was posted: "Hi, this is Gavin’s family and we sadly need to let you know that after a short illness that he battled bravely, he passed on January 30, 2023. Gavin wanted all his friends, family and colleagues to know he died at peace without any regrets. He treasured the time he spent with you – co-workers, clients and all the people he engaged with at conferences or even social media – and he loved the life that he led. He was blessed with an amazing family – wife, children, parents, brother, stepmom, grandparents, in-laws and many more who helped shape him into the boy he was and the man, husband, father and uncle he would become."
He served in senior roles at firms such as Envestnet and launched Wealth Consulting Partners in 2015.
The team at Family Wealth Report had the privilege of knowing Gavin Spitzner and we want to pass on our condolences to his family, friends and colleagues at this sad time.
