Fulbright Adds Partner From Merrill Lynch

Fulbright and Jaworski, the international law firm with a number of offices in the US, has hired a senior member of staff from Merrill Lynch as a partner at its trust and estates practice.

Glen Eichelberger was formerly head of family office services at Merrill Lynch, a division of the firm’s private banking and investment business.

His practice is dedicated exclusively to wealth transfer planning, focused on complex estate and philanthropic planning for clients of substantial wealth, Fulbright said in a statement.

Fulbright’s trust and estates practice group handles legal matters for private clients involving tax-sensitive estate planning and estate administration, trust administration, charitable gift planning, advice for charitable organizations and related planning and litigation matters.
