Foundation Source has made a senior hire from Devereux Advisors. It is unclear, however, if this is a new role or a replacement.

Foundation Source, which provides management and advisory services for private foundations, has named Joseph Fuschillo as chief distribution officer.

“Throughout his career he has worked extensively with high net worth and ultra high net worth investors,” said Susan Calzone, the firm's chief executive. “He has been responsible for creating and delivering programs for wealth management and financial advisor education, and for developing and implementing national field sales, inside sales, and marketing strategies.”

Fuschillo was previously a managing partner at Devereux Advisors, a consultancy for investment managers and wealth management organizations. Before that, he held client-facing, sales management and other senior leadership roles at UBS, Prudential Financial and Dreyfus Corporation.
