Former UBS Employee Creates US Family Wealth Management Firm

US financial advisor and former UBS employee Dean Barry has announced that he has formed his own company, Dean Barry Wealth Management, to focus on family wealth management services.

The firm's offices are in

Pepper Pike,
Ohio, a suburb of


Cleveland.

“Dean Barry Wealth Management concentrates on helping families perpetuate wealth from generation to generation by effectively managing their investments and consolidating their financial information,” said Mr Barry. "We also offer clients the freedom from ongoing account management while giving them around-the-clock electronic access to their accounts and other critical financial and estate documents."

Services include financial planning, investment management, insurance, document management, and consolidated quarterly asset reporting.

The firm trades through LPL Financial which is the largest independent broker/dealer in the US, as reported in Financial Planning Magazine, June 1996-2007, based on total revenues. Trust management services are offered through The Private Trust Company of


Cleveland, an affiliate of LPL Financial.

Most recently, Mr Barry was with UBS Financial Services in


Cleveland. Previously, he was in private banking with Citibank in


New York for four years. He also was the financial director for
North America of Phillips Auctioneers in


New York.
