Former Senior Barclays' Wealth Manager Joins New Consultancy

Consultancy firm [tag|Anchura Partners|]Anchura Partners[/tag] has snapped up Ruth Davis from Barclays's wealth management business.
Davis joins as a client partner having previously worked as chief of staff to the head of UK and European operations at Barclays' wealth and investment management, Henry Fischel-Bock. Fischel-Bock himself left the bank in July to join Lombard Odier at the start of next year, while chief executive Peter Horrell is to leave at the end of this year, as previously announced. Other less high-profile leavers include Sarah Newman, head of alternatives, Helen Posner, head of private equity, and Laurent Perusset, who had led its Swiss investment business.
Joining alongside Davis at Anchura is Rash Phullar from RBS Markets, where he was head of strategy implementation.
“We have undergone continual growth in the UK and on an international scale and it is vital that we continue to invest in a strong leadership team to drive our ambitions. Ruth and Rash will be key to our continued expansion across the breadth of financial services in which Anchura operates, and ensuring that we continue to provide new and existing clients with the expert practitioners and solutions for which we are renowned,” said Paul Ford, chief executive and founding partner.
