Rasco Klock, the Coral Gables, FL-based law firm, has appointed Craig Linder as special counsel, with responsibility for the securities law practice.

Linder rejoins former colleagues/senior lawyers Joe Klock, Janet Munn, Gabe Nieto, J C Antorcha, Jack Shawde and John Eaton, working within the corporate, securities and finance practice.

"Because of his many years of practice experience in the areas of securities law and sophisticated corporate transactions, Linder brings a very significant dimension to our corporate practice," said Ramon Rasco, co-founder and chairman.

Prior to joining Rasco Klock, Linder spent over 10 years at various international law firms including Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, Steel Hector & Davis and Dewey & LeBoeuf.
