Fiserv Launches Digital Content Tool For Financial Advisors

The global fintech firm has rolled out a new product to help advisors build social relationships and grow their networks by pin-pointing timely, relevant articles to share with their clients.

Fiserv, a provider of technology to financial firms, has unleashed Grapevine6, a tool that carefully picks digital content for advisors to share with their clients, and provides feedback on how it was received.

The purpose of Grapevine6 is to help advisors find new clients, solidify their own brand, and engage with clients and prospects more meaningfully.

“Engaging with clients in a meaningful way is a high-effort endeavor for most advisors,” said Cheryl Nash, president of investment services at Fiserv.

By offering Grapevine6 to our clients, we're allowing advisors to stay in step with their clients' lives by enabling them to engage more easily, more often,” Nash said.

A number of players in the financial services arena have been ramping up their focus on delivering customized content for clients through online platforms.

Back in 2014, United Capital, the US RIA, linked up with tech firm Vestorly to help its advisors share “meaningful and personalized” content with clients and prospects. The firm said at the time it has seen an increase in “engagement versus traditional” online marketing efforts, highlighted by the fact that click-through rates of its “United Source” digital newsletters have almost doubled since partnering with Vestorly.
