California-based First Foundation has added to its investment team in West Los Angeles.

First Foundation has brought in a new portfolio strategist in the shape of Andrew Chan, who will be based in the firm's West Los Angeles, CA, office.

First Foundation provides investment management, wealth planning, consulting, trust and banking services primarily to high net worth individuals and businesses.

Chan, who will also sit on First Foundation's investment committee, was latterly a vice president and portfolio manager at US Trust. In that role, he managed nearly $650 million in assets for individuals, family offices and foundations.

First Foundation is headquartered in Irvine, CA, with other offices in Newport Beach, Pasadena, West Los Angeles, San Diego, Palm Desert and the Imperial Valley, as well as Las Vegas, NV.
