First Foundation Bank, the Irvine, CA-based investment and wealth planning firm, has appointed Stuart Bailey as vice president and private banker.

Bailey brings 40 years of banking and sales experience to the role, most recently serving as regional president for Sunrise Bank in Palm Desert, CA. At First Foundation he is responsible for generating new loan and deposit accounts and developing client relationships. The firm's private bankers serve as the single point of contact for customers. 

First Foundation has been actively expanding its Southern California business with key hires over the past months. These include the hire of Carl Vonderau as vice president and private banker for San Diego and Valerie Van Winkle for the La Quinta branch.
