Fiduciary Trust International Names New C-Suite Member

The chief financial officer, who will be based in the Radnor, Pennsylvania, office will continue to lead the firm's Delaware business.
Fiduciary Trust International, has appointed Leslie Gillin Bohner to the newly-created role of chief fiduciary officer.
Bohner will continue to lead the firm’s Delaware business and join the executive committee.
As part of her role, Bohner will still be based at the organization’s Radnor, PA office and report to John Dowd, the firm’s CEO. She joined Fiduciary Trust International in May 2020 as a result of the company’s acquisition of The Pennsylvania Trust Company. Prior to this, she was chief fiduciary officer and general counsel for the Pennsylvania region.
Bohner is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She received her JD (summa cum laude), certificate in estate planning, and LLM (taxation) from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law, and her BA in English from the University of Virginia.
One of the largest firms in its class, Fiduciary Trust International had more than $87 billion in assets under management and administration as of December 31, 2022.
