F2 Strategy Names New CEO
Co-founder and previous CEO Doug Fritz becomes executive chairman, enabling him to concentrate on engaging with clients and strategic initiatives.
F2 Strategy, the US-based wealth management technology and marketing services consultancy, has appointed industry veteran Ryan Beach (pictured) as chief executive officer, taking over from co-founder Doug Fritz.
The move comes 18 months after Renovus Capital Partners took a majority stake in the firm. It adds to hires such as those of Laura Korbel as president and Jay Halbert as chief financial officer. The firm has had to bring in new talent to sustain growth momentum, F2 said in a statement.
Fritz (pictured below) will transition to the role of executive chairman, allowing him to focus his efforts on strategic initiatives and client engagements, F2 said.

“We couldn’t be happier that Ryan has agreed to come on board at F2,” said Fritz. “We’ve already exceeded our aggressive growth targets, and Ryan has the exact experience we need to help fuel the next stage of our evolution," Fritz said. “His leadership as CEO will allow me to focus on what I’m most passionate about – working hands-on with our clients and shaping the future of the industry.”
At Orion, Beach served in executive leadership roles in technology and wealth management while executing on Orion’s M&A initiatives. During his tenure 13-year tenure, he advanced through several leadership positions to become chief operating officer and eventually president of Orion Wealth Management.
