Evercore Wealth Management Recruits In The Golden State
Evercore's wealth management unit has hired in California.
Evercore Wealth Management has added John Sawin as a vice president and financial advisor in San Francisco, CA.
Sawin has spent five years as an investment banker in the global technology group at Barclays, serving on teams that underwrote IPOs. He earlier worked at Lehman Brothers in New York as an investment banking analyst in the global industrials group.
In his new role, he will report to Iain Silverthorne, a partner and wealth advisor at Evercore Wealth Management.
Evercore Wealth Management, an RIA, is a subsidiary of Evercore that serves high net worth individuals, families and related institutions.
The firm has offices in New York, Minneapolis, MN, San Francisco, Los Angeles, CA, and Tampa, FL. It manages $5.7 billion in client assets and offers personal trust services through Evercore Trust Company.
