The firm believes that the "talent" of the new financial planner will help boost its already-strong team and grow its brand and presence in the East Midlands.

Evelyn Partners has appointed Andrew Moat as a financial planner in its Nottingham office as part of its expansion in the East Midlands.

Most recently, Moat worked at Fiscal Engineers Limited in Nottingham where he spent seven years as a financial planner. Moat specialises in working with top-tier professionals and business owners at the point of sale, the UK firm said in a statement last week.

The Nottingham office, where Moat is based, offers clients a range of financial services including investment management, investment advisory and financial planning from highly qualified experts.

We are confident that his appointment is another boost to an already exceptionally strong financial planning team and will help us grow our brand and presence in the East Midlands,” Lee MacDonald, financial planning director at Evelyn Partners said.
