Envestnet Completes Acquisition Of US Data Management Software Giant

The wealth management technology provider has bought Yodlee in a deal it believes represents a significant leap in data accuracy and knowledge.

Envestnet, the provider of wealth management technology and services to financial advisors, has completed its acquisition of Yodlee, the cloud-based digital financial platform.

Anil Arora, chief executive and a director of Yodlee, has joined Envestnet as CEO of Envestnet|Yodlee and as vice chairman on the Envestnet board.

California-based Yodlee, which specializes in data aggregation with 14,000 sources, generated revenues of $98.6 million for the 12 months ended June 30, 2015.

“The combination taps Yodlee’s expansive ecosystem of financial institutions and financial technology innovators utilizing our industry-leading financial data platform, APIs, and solutions to drive their continued business success and to also fuel our new combined company's strength and momentum in the wealth management space,” said Arora.

Yodlee’s common stock will no longer be listed for trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market or any other securities exchange.
