Emigrant Bank Names Family Offices Services Head

The senior wealth industry figure is taking up the new role of head of family office services at Emigrant Bank, which has a history stretching back to 1850. The bank has a suite of subsidiaries, such as New York Private Trust, Emigrant Fine Art Finance, and Summitas.

Emigrant Bank has appointed former Cresset Capital Management and Pitcairn senior figure, Mark Rogozinski (main picture), as managing director and head of family office services.

Rogozinski will report to Liz Nesvold, who is vice chair of Emigrant Bank and chair of Emigrant Partners. 

In this new role, Rogozinski will help strengthen and enhance Emigrant’s suite of family office and advisory services, such as private label trust services, specialty finance solutions, family office technology, and risk management. These will support the 21 wealth advisory firms in which Emigrant Partners has invested.

Rogozinski has more than a quarter century of executive leadership experience covering wealth management, multi-family offices, and financial technology.

He will work across several of Emigrant’s specialized business units serving the high net worth and ultra-HNW markets, such as Summitas, a digital platform for family office collaboration; Personal Risk Management Solutions, a boutique risk advisory firm; Sarasota Private Trust and Cleveland Private Trust, Emigrant’s private trust companies; and Emigrant Bank Fine Art Finance, a specialized lender to the fine art and collectibles market, among others.

At Cresset Capital Management, Rogozinski served as executive managing director, strategic initiatives. He previously served as president of Cresset Family Office. Prior to Cresset, he was chief strategy officer at Pitcairn, the multi-family office.

Earlier in his career, Rogozinski was president of RockIT Solutions and held operational leadership positions at Rockefeller & Co, HomrichBerg, and Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management.

The subsidiaries of Emigrant Bank include Emigrant Capital, New York Private Trust, Emigrant Fine Art Finance, Personal Risk Management, Summitas, Galatioto Sports Partners and New York Private Bank & Trust.
