Element Pointe Advisors has set up shop in the Sunshine State to serve as CIO for ultra-wealthy clients.

Element Pointe Advisors has launched in Miami, FL, as a multi-family office and investment management firm for UHNW clients.

The venture is led by co-founders Carlos Dominguez and David Savir.

Both Dominguez and Savir have strong industry backgrounds. With over 21-years in finance, Dominguez has been involved in all aspects of investment management and prior to co-founding Element Pointe was a vice president at JP Morgan Private Bank. Before that, he was a portfolio manager for a long-short equity hedge fund focused on large- and mid-cap US equities. 

Savir was also previously a vice president at JP Morgan Private Bank, where he directed a team of UHNW-focused investment professionals. He began his career at Goldman Sachs.
