Elder, estate attorney Horowitz honored by peers

One of 10 attorneys chosen for statewide recognition in Elder Law
category. Gail Horowitz's peers in Massachusetts have chosen her
as one of 10 Super Lawyers for 2006 in the Elder Law
category.
Horowitz, founding partner of Wade & Horowitz, an elder law and
estate-planning law firm, was picked upon the basis of surveys of
more than 31,000 lawyers across Massachusetts.
Legal clinic
Her national and local professional publications, as well as her
background and achievements, were reviewed by independent
research company Law & Politics. A panel drawn from each practice
area further evaluated the merits of all candidates for "Super
Lawyer" recognition.
Horowitz helped found the Women's Bar Foundation Elder Law
Project, which offers free legal services to low-income elders
through the Cambridge Senior Center.
Wade & Horowitz provides services in elder law, estate planning,
wills, trusts, estate administration, probate litigation,
Medicaid planning, guardianship and conservatorship for senior
