Dixon Hughes Goodman Adopts New Wealth Platform

Dixon Hughes Goodman Wealth Advisors has selected Interactive Advisory Software's Solution 360 wealth management application to increase client-facing time and improve back-end processes, the firm says.
DHG has some $850 million in assets under management and supports 30 offices in 11 US states. The partnership with IAS is meant to boost client service efficiency by consolidating portfolio management, financial planning, customer relationship management, client portals and rebalancing activities into a single application that allows the firm to work from a unified database.
"It cuts the time spent on duplicate data entry and increases accuracy. These also allow us to dedicate more time to working personally with our clients and answer their questions in a more timely manner," said Rick Kramer, chief investment officer of Dixon Hughes Goodman.
