Practifi
Practifi, which
offers a client relationship management (CRM) system for wealth
management, has introduced Practifi Intelligence, a suite of
AI-powered capabilities.
The offering is available for clients to add to their Practifi Platform. It delivers conversation summaries, automated workflows, and follow-up generation inside familiar workflows.
“Firms shouldn’t have to choose between keeping a system they trust and moving forward with innovation,” Adrian Johnstone, chief executive at Practifi, said. “Practifi Intelligence bridges that gap. We’ve taken a well-established CRM and applied an AI-first approach throughout it, so teams gain stronger workflows and better service outcomes without replacing the tools they use daily.”
Practifi Intelligence includes three sets of capabilities: Relationship Intelligence, Meeting Intelligence, and Admin Intelligence, each designed to support a different part of the advisor workflow.
The firm was founded in Sydney, Australia and its US headquarters are in Chicago.
