Digital Digest: The Latest Tech News – Key Private Bank, Proteus

The latest digital and technology innovations, product and service developments in the world's wealth management sector.

Key Private Bank
Key Private Bank has chosen Proteus, an alternative investment platform solution for wealthy clients, as its preferred platform for Accredited Investors.

The Ohio-based bank will use the Proteus offering to offer alternative investments – such as private equity and credit funds – to Accredited Investor and Qualified Purchaser clients, it said.

(A “qualified purchaser” is, among various definitions, an individual who owns $5,000,000 or more in investments.)

Under the arrangement, Key Private Bank said that the first strategy, which will be launched on August 1, will focus on private credit. The products use the industry expertise and insights of both firms along with Proteus' research partner, Callan.
