Catchlight
Insights, a US firm using artificial intelligence to help
wealth advisors find their best leads, has integrated with client
relationship management solutions firm Redtail
Technology. (This news service
reported on US wealthtech firm Orion Advisor Solutions’
recent purchase of Redtail.)
The new offering from Catchlight was built in Fidelity Labs, the software incubator for Fidelity Investments. Catchlight uses institutional data partners and analysis of more than 100,000 conversions to find the leads who are most likely to need an advisor's guidance, a statement from the firm said yesterday.
“We chose Redtail as our first integration partner due to their strong adoption in the advisor community, as well as by popular request from our joint users,” said Yelena Melamed, co-founder and head of product at Catchlight.
For every prospect, the data engine suggests pitches based on turnkey segments, life events, and interests, Catchlight said.
A full launch of the service will be held on May 2.
In the Orion/Redtail deal as reference above, the firms said their offerings are expected to come to market rapidly as APIs [application programming interfaces] and integrations are already in place.
