Deals Of The Day - The Latest In Wealth Management M&A: LPL, Advisor Group

The new joiners, with offices in Florida and West Virginia, bring about $200 million of AuM with them to the LPL platforms.

LPL Financial,
the US-registered investment advisor custodian and broker-dealer,
has brought Louis Pelliccioni, Brice L Pelliccioni and Amanda
Pelliccioni to its platforms.
The team, operating from offices in Morgantown, West Virginia, and Naples, Florida, is aligned with Independent Network of Consultants & Advisors, an enterprise on LPL’s corporate RIA platform. The Pelliccionis reported having served about $200 million in advisory, retirement plan and brokerage assets. They join LPL from Wells Fargo Advisors.
Pelliccioni founded the business in 1985. Brice and Amanda, his son and daughter-in-law, joined the practice within the last few years after making career changes from the medical field.
With the recent transition to INC Advisors and LPL, Pelliccioni Financial Consulting Group has been rebranded as Trilith Wealth Management.
The partnership with LPL and INC Advisors is part of the firm’s plans to “build out a family office concept.”

Pacific Capital Resource Group.
PCRG supervises 40 financial professionals who oversee a total of $975 million in client assets.
