Fulton Bank has bought a wealth management firm in the Camp Hill area of Pennsylvania that had been formerly conducted by APS Wealth Management, according to local media.

APS Wealth Management was set up by Mike Chwastyk in 1994 and had around $67 million in assets under management or administration at the time of the sale. The transaction was completed on October 4 and terms of the agreement were not disclosed, reports said.

Family Wealth Report was unable to locate a reference to the transaction on Fulton’s corporate website. It has contacted the firm and may update in due course.
