US-listed Focus
Financial Partners, a partnership of wealth management firms,
has said that Hines & Warner Wealth Management will join Focus
partner firm Vista Wealth Management Group.
Vista is based in Palo Alto, California with offices in San Francisco, Pleasanton, Santa Monica and Scottsdale. This transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions, Focus said in a statement.
Founded by Earl Hines and Greg Warner in 2007, Hines Warner serves high net worth families and individuals nationwide. It is based in Portland, Oregon.
