Bluespring Wealth Partners
Bluespring Wealth Partners, which aggregates independent RIAs and hybrid wealth management firms, has welcomed existing Kestra Financial firm New Wall Street to its platform. New Wall Street is based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

New Wall Street, founded in 2012, is led by co-founders Bernie Van Eperen and Chris Battle. They oversee $135 million in assets under management. 

So far this year, Bluespring has carried out six M&A deals.
