Deals Of The Day: The Latest In Wealth Management M&A – WisdomTree

The latest mergers, acquisitions and other corporate actions in the wealth management sector.

New York-listed asset manager WisdomTree has entered into
a definitive agreement to acquire Atlantic House
Holdings, a London-headquartered derivatives-based investment
manager, with about ÂŁ4.1 billion ($5.5 billion) in assets under
management.
Main elements:
-- It will expand global defined outcome and derivatives
exchange-traded funds (ETF) capabilities, accelerating product
innovation and launch capacity;
-- Extend WisdomTree’s Models and Portfolio Solutions platform into the UK wealth market;
-- Enhance cross-distribution through established UK advisor relationships and broader European reach; and
-- Accelerate growth, diversify revenues and expand revenue yields and margins.
It was modestly accretive in 2026, with future upside from revenue synergies and operating scale.
The purchase price is ÂŁ150 million (about $200 million), payable at closing, subject to customary adjustments. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to approvals, financing and other customary closing conditions.
The transaction will advance WisdomTree’s strategy of expanding in structurally growing segments of asset management, including active ETFs, outcome-oriented alternatives and managed models, the firm said in a statement. By integrating differentiated derivatives expertise with its global distribution network, the firm said it will enhances innovation across public markets while deepening its presence in the wealth channel.
Following the completion of the transaction, it is anticipated that WisdomTree will manage about $163 billion in assets globally.
