Deals Of The Day: The Latest In Wealth Management M&A – Nova Wealth, Osaic
The latest mergers, acquisitions and other corporate actions in the wealth management sector.
Osaic, a US wealth management platform, has added Buffalo, New York-based firm Nova Wealth, which has $180 million in client assets under administration. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
At present, Osaic’s wealth management network includes about 11,000 financial professionals, 270 financial institutions, and more than $653 billion in assets under administration.
Nova Wealth is led by Elizabeth Evanisko; Jeffrey Gelormini, and Brett Komm.
