Financial Partners has announced that Founders
Grove Wealth Partners has joined its platform of
technology-driven wealth management tools and services, marking
FGWP's transition to an independent advisory firm.
Based in Richmond, Virginia, Founders Grove, a fiduciary firm, will operate on a fee-only basis, offering technology and customized advisory services to meet clients needs, which include entrepreneurs, business owners, and corporate executives.
Led by financial advisor Jeremiah Winters, the founder, managing partner and CEO, the team includes Kate Atwood, founder, managing partner, president, as well as Jen Thompson, chief operating officer, and Abbey Sorensen, director of client experience.
They bring experience from their previous roles at Saloman and Ludwin, an advisory team under Wells Fargo, where they managed over $750 million in assets.
“We wanted a partner that had expertise in technology, cybersecurity, human resources, payroll, and many other aspects of running a business so our clients could be our primary focus. We couldn’t be more proud to have Founders Grove powered by Dynasty,” Winters said.
Founders Grove has selected Charles Schwab for custody of their client assets, the firm said in a statement.
Currently, the Dynasty network comprises 55 independent firms representing 370 advisors, managing over $88 billion on its technology platform. The firm is a provider of technology-enabled wealth management solutions and business services for financial advisory firms, primarily focused on serving high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. It provides access to software and technology tools, business services and holistic investment management capabilities, through an open-architecture platform delivered via a suite of proprietary and third-party technologies.
