Deals Of The Day: The Latest In Wealth Management M&A – Bluespring, Signature Wealth

The latest mergers, acquisitions and other corporate actions in the wealth management sector.
This week, Bluespring Wealth Partners, which has acquired RIAs and hybrid wealth management firms, said that it has bought Kestra Financial's affiliated firm Signature Wealth. It is the eighth acquisition that Bluespring has made this year.
Based in Pittsburgh, the team at Signature Wealth look after about $1.41 billion in client assets.
Under the arrangement, Bluespring will assume back-office functions, including payroll, HR, and benefits administration.
