Deals Of The Day: The Latest In Wealth Management M&A – Beacon Pointe Acquires Three RIAs
The latest mergers, acquisitions and other corporate actions in the wealth management sector.

Pointe Advisors has added three RIAs with assets collectively
at $732 million, taking total assets under advisement to about
$62 billion.
These acquired firms, for undisclosed sums, are Financial Planning Solutions, (Newton, Massachusetts), Voyager Wealth Management (Lake Geneva, Wisconsin), and InvestmentHunter Wealth Services (Fort Worth, Texas):
-- Financial Planning Solutions advises on about $350 million in
client assets;
-- Voyager Wealth Management has about $229 million in client
assets; and
-- InvestmentHunter Wealth Services is a $153M AuM advisory firm.
Beacon Pointe’s acquisition of Financial Planning Solutions formally closed on December 31, 2025. DeVoe & Co. served as advisor to the Financial Planning Solutions. The acquisition of Voyager Wealth Management formally closed on November 15, 2025. The acquisition of InvestmentHunter Wealth Services formally closed on December 31, 2025. Bridgemark Strategies served as advisor to the InvestmentHunter Wealth Services transaction.
