DeAWM Names Co-Head Of Alternatives For Global Client Group

Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management has made a senior hire covering alternatives globally.

Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management has appointed Matthew Lamb as co-head of alternatives coverage in the global client group. Lamb will report to Dario Schiraldi, head of the global client group.

The appointment comes with the launch of a new alternatives investment specialist team, responsible for retail and institutional coverage of liquid and illiquid alternatives. Lamb will co-head the team with Gianluca Muzzi, who steps into the role in addition to his existing responsibilities as co-head of real estate for Europe.

Lamb has over 12 years of liquid alternatives expertise. He was previously head of institutional and wholesale distribution for the UK and Middle East and global head of multi-asset sales at GAM.

Deutsche Bank has seen a major restructuring of business divisions, with the departure and arrival of senior management in recent weeks.
