Greenwich, CT-headquartered investment advisory firm, Cedar Ridge Partners, has made three hires within its investment management team.

Pascal Roduit joins as director of risk management and he will also be member of the investment committee.

Roduit was previously at New York-based fund-of-hedge-funds manager Rock Maple Funds, where he was the chief risk officer and the director of quantitative research.

Daniel Keating and Stett Trippe also worked at Rock Maple Funds and join the portfolio management team and the investment committee.

While at Rock Maple Funds, Keating was responsible for manager sourcing and portfolio construction for multi-manager, fund-of-fund products in both LP and 40-Act structures.

In his previous position at Rock Maple Funds, Trippe was responsible for distributing the firm’s products and advisory services to wealth management platforms, family offices, foundations and endowments.
